3 more HP ElitePads won for blogging

02 September 2013

A HUGE congratulations to Steve Sim of Rakaia, Dave Schrader of Timaru and Rob Cox of Pukekohe for winning an HP ElitePad tablet in the register and post a comment on the the BASF website and blog.

I am a strong advocate that thsi medium for sharing information on a myriad of topics is the future. It is going to take some time, but with some hard work and dedication, of which the BASF team has, we will get there.

With blogging, at times it is a bit of feel the fear and do it anyway. Once a few comments have been made, it gets far easier...

We have one more draw to come for one HP ELitePad at the end of September, so if you are reading this and have not as yet posted on the blog, fire away and you will be in to win...

Congratulations again to Steve, Dave and Rob. Enjoy your tablets.

We owe BASF a massive thank you for the new HP Tablet! It turned up in the post on Friday and looks like its going to be very useful once we learn how to use it.

This is a very generous prize to be given and we're very grateful for it.

      Hi Steve

Great stuff, glad the tablet arrived safe n sound.

As you mentioned, will be a great tool am sure once the learning process is done...

Different to an iPad, honestly speaking, dfar more of a useful tool for work and play I feel compared to an iPad...

      Enjoy and keep blogging

I'd also like to thank BASF for the great prize that arrived in the mail last week.  It is certainly one fancy piece of equipment and if I can pry it out of my wifes hands I'm sure to get plenty of use out of it.

        Once again thanks a lot.

Glad the tablet arrived safe n sound.

Am sure it will be a good tool for work, oh and at home :D

The ability to access information at your finger tips is a cliche, but still so very true with tablets.

I've had a small (hobby) farm just out of Motueka for 15 years now, running a few Hereford crosses and some sheep, at a loss of course, but, as a sideline I have set up a small nursery cultivating kiwifruit rootstock plants, keeps me busy,(young 68 yr old), looking around for a soil sterilant for controlling weeds and root knot nematode. Have tried afew things, weed mat, bark mulch, glypho, chlorpicrin, the soil is sandy, river silt, altho I add compost each year, the cheapest, most effective control for both problems seems to be basamid, altho I'm unsure of it's effect on the worms, I,m looking for a direct supply of basamid granular, but am having trouble finding someone to supply in quantities of 10 - 20 kg, any ideas?
